We prefer non-balanced shutter systems, as they reduce the number of components that may fail during operation. With the heavy-duty operator, the industrial roller shutter opens and closes in a controlled way. Single slat steel roller shutter

- Maximum height 6000 mm, Maximum width 6500 mm. Other sizes on request.
- Head room 450-750 mm (depending on door size),
- Side room: Motor side 260 mm, other side 160 mm
- Opening/closing speed 7-8 cm
- Curtain is made out of 0,8-1,2 mm thick galvanized slats
- Guide rail is G-shaped securing a strong and stable profile made out of 2-3mm galvanized steel
- PVC seal on the guide rails securing a smooth running of the door
- Bottom has a EPDM bottom seal securing a tight closing of the door
- Door comes standard with a header box made out of 0,8 mm galvanized steel
- Doors will be powder coated in standard RAL colors (see color card)
- Standard with push button control with 'up', 'down' and 'stop' buttons.
